Cake is a series of cake-like sculptures that hang on the wall; Each individual “cake” has been “frosted” with objects, paint and imagery. This installation was inspired by “Let them eat cake” the quote attributed to Marie Antoinette. Pieces will be added to this installation over time and the format of the installation will change.
